Returns, Shipping & Exchange Policy

To give you the best possible experience at Cecile Beauty, please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders across the UAE. Orders are delivered within [2–5] working days. Every order is checked by hand before it leaves our showroom.

2. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

3. Return Conditions
You may open the packaging to check the colour and length. However, hair cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been:
- sprayed with any spray or perfume
- washed, brushed or styled
- exposed to heat, cut, dyed or altered in any way
- fitted or installed
- removed from its packaging in a way that affects its resale condition

4. How to Request a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp (+971 50 487 4500) or at hello@cecilebeauty.com within 7 days, with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will confirm the return and explain the next steps.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind or prefer a different product, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and cover all shipping costs.

7. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

8. Custom Orders
Custom colours, custom sizes and specially prepared orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
